A membership to Fix My Technology costs only $9.99 per month. There are no hidden costs or added extras. Included in the cost is unlimited support, when you need it, on any supported device.

What devices are covered?

Most of your home and office devices are covered: laptops, computers, mobiles, wearables, and smart home devices. We keep up to date with the latest technology so our engineers can support you with any new purchases.

Am I limited to the number of devices supported?

No. Unlike other services, Fix My Technology does not require you to register a list of your devices. We will support you with any device, any time.

Can my family use Fix My Technology?

Yes. So long as you have given your family members access to your login details, we'll support them.

What are the advantages of remote support?

With remote support, you can get help at a time most convenient to you, 24/7. You don't have to carry your devices to a store or wait at home for support. The cost of remote support is also far less, especially since you can call as often as you need for one fixed monthly fee.

Is it safe to allow remote access to my device?

Fix My Technology follows data security and access control best practices. We are continually reviewed by independent, accredited third-party audit firms. We follow industry-standard protocols for encryption and authentication. We use SSL and TLS (OpenSSL protocol) which is the standard for online banking. You always have control of your session and can terminate at any time.

Is there a fixed term commitment on Fix My Technology?

Our monthly plan doesn’t have a fixed term commitment. You may cancel at any time by logging into the website or giving us a call.
